Ramona and Zaheer, the new lovebirds?

Looks like there's a new woman in cricketer Zaheer Khan's life. The cricketer was recently spotted shopping hand-in-hand with former VJ, Ramona Arena at a Mumbai mall.

There is undoubtedly a growing 'friendship' between the two and they are spending a lot of time together. (Proof: she recently tweeted to director Abhishek Kapoor - ':) wah mere sher! Gb, Zk & gang together right now. Missing you! Xxxxx').

The two seemed quite cosy and comfortable with each other during their shopping spree. When NT quizzed Ramona about her relationship with ZK, she didn't deny any of the rumours. The 32-year-old, who was seen in a blink-and-you-miss-it role in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham as Kareena Kapoor's friend, blushed throughout the "ZK quizzing", as she termed it. She smiled and coyly laughed in response to the questions. She seemed visibly happy talking about the cricketer but did not confirm the news. "I am not going to comment on it right now," she quipped.

Until very recently, Zack was dating actor Isha Sharvani. There were reports that the two were all set to tie the knot later this year. But when NT caught up with Zaheer recently, he had said: "In newspapers, I have been married a couple of times (laughs). But no, just put the rumours on hold for a while and if at all something is happening, I will definitely invite people." Well, seems like nothing is going to happen on that front and there are no wedding bells for the couple. Isha and Zaheer both remained unavailable for comment. As for the new lovebirds, they are quite happy in each other's company. And, they don't seem to care about media reports linking them and are still hanging out together.

Ramona, who hasn't been in the news too much, has dabbled in RJing, VJing, theatre and even singing. In fact, her singing kept her away from the IPL this year. "Unlike the last two years, I was not directly involved with the IPL this year. I was busy shooting for my video (she recently launched her new single, Wanna Be Your Only Love)," she says. But even though she had other commitments, she did make time to go cheer for Team Bangalore (read: Zaheer) when they played against Team Delhi. Now that's called being supportive.
