Ranbir Kapoor summoned for smoking in public

He got into trouble for enjoying a smoke while shooting for 'Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ 

After SRK, it seems that it’s Ranbir’s turn to get on the wrong side of law.

The ‘Rockstar’ actor has apparently been summoned by an Udaipur court for smoking in public. It’s quite a coincidence that the date of his summoning has been set on June 26, exactly a month after Shah Rukh Khan was summoned by a Jaipur court for smoking during an IPL match.

A source revealed that the complaint was filed on Friday by Udaipur resident named Harish Vaishnav who spotted pictures of the actor smoking on the sets of his latest film ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ with Deepika Padukone. Soon after, the pictures flooded several local newspapers. The source added that Ranbir will be booked for violating Section 5 of the Rajasthan Prevention of Smoking Act.

The Rajasthan Prevention of Smoking Act caveat states that if a person is found guilty of smoking in public places, he can be sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of six months or get a fine of Dhs 13.

Well, we all know that Ranbir smoked in public but we wonder if the stress over his ex Dippy was the reason behind why he smoked.
