Actor Shahid Kapoor says he is in talks with Prabhu Deva as he is keen to work with the director.
There is a buzz that the actor-turned-director is making a sequel to his superhit film with Shahid in the lead and will showcase him in a totally different look, giving him high-octane action scenes.
When prodded on this, Shahid said, "I don't think anybody can replace Salman Khan. Prabhu Sir and I have been meeting up to do a film together. As we have been meeting, people are jumping to conclusions. We have not decided anything, what and when we will do.... but yes, we both are keen to work together. If something works out great. All these are rumors, I haven't signed anything yet."
Prabhu Deva gave a huge hit in 'Wanted' (2009) and his next directorial venture, 'Rowdy Rathore', starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha is set to hit the screens soon. While Shahid is awaiting his next release in 'Teri Meri Kahani'.
This year, the 31-year-old actor will be hosting the IIFA awards, where the dancing guru will be choreographing the moves for everyone.
"He (Prabhu) is choreographing IIFA awards and I am performing and so is Priyanka Chopra. So we might try and do something on 'Teri Meri Kahani'," he said. PTI
