Joker postponed to September 14
Filmmaker Shirish Kunder's Joker, which was planned for a August 31, 2012 release, will now hit the silver screen on September 14, 2012.
"#JOKER starring @akshaykumar & @sonakshisinha now releases on September 14, 2012," Kunder posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.
Shirish Kunder's choreographer-turned-director-turned-actor wife Farah Khan also took to Twitter to announce the breaking news! She wrote: "Ok aaj ki taaza khabar!!! #JOKERreleases 14th September, 2012. Lock kar do yaar."
Starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles, Joker is being jointly produced by Kunder, Farah's Three's Company and Akshay's Hari Om Entertainment Co.
