If rumours are anything to go by Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi might not release in Pakistan at all. Certain sources have revealed that the production house is considering the option of holding back its release in Pakistan.
A Yash Raj spokesperson while talking to Mid Day agreed saying, "We are looking at the possibilities."
A source further reveals to Mid Day, "The terror attacks in Mumbai have marred Bollywood as well. Since the government is talking about cutting all bilateral ties with Pakistan, it does not make sense to release an Indian film there. RNBDJ is a big release for Yash Raj, and SRK is a huge star in Pakistan. If the film doesn't release in Pakistan it will definitely be a setback for the audience there."
RNBDJ releases in India on December 12 and was slated to release in Pakistan at the same time.
