First pics of Depp/ Bale in Public Enemies online

The first official images from the upcoming Michael Mann directed PUBLIC ENEMIES have been posted online. The film stars Johnny Depp and Christian Bale and is being described by Empire magazine, who debuted the pics, as a kind of HEAT II.

There are two images to gawp at over at the Empire website. There is also quite a good report printed in this month's edition of the magazine, so make sure you go pick up a copy today. Note: It's the one with the cool Wolverine cover.

PUBLIC ENEMIES is released next July.
